The other part, full ripened, undergoes a traditional, long maceration. 30 % is aged in French oak barrels over many months. The nose reminds one of violets and red fruit, in a perfect synergy with sweet oak. The palate is rich, velvety and full, giving us a wonderful feeling of harmony."
