Hand crafted from small lots of organic grapes! Winery notes: "The aromas are proud and bursting with pronounced notes of blackberries, chocolate-covered cherries and fresh sage. Smooth and round Cabernet, medium to full bodied with a good, lengthy finish. Serve it up with t-bone steaks, thin sliced roast beef on pumpernickel and baby-back ribs dripping with a homemade honey BBQ sauce."
