Returns and Refund Policy



    Returns

    • Returns are possible with a valid receipt. A receipt is considered valid in either paper form or digital form.
    • Returns may be accepted for liquor and wine products only. Beer is not eligible to be returned. THC/CBD-infused products are not eligible for returns.
    • Liquor or wine products are only eligible for returns if they have not been chilled and if the label is in tact. A Frugal MacDoogal team member will inspect each bottle presented for return.
    • Canned products other than beer and THC/CBD-infused products may be accepted for a return and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
    • Frugal MacDoogal does not accept returns from products purchased at any other retailer.

    Refunds

    • Refunds as the result of an approved return can be issued on the credit/debit card used to original payment or on another credit/debit card owned by the purchaser.
    • Cash refunds are possible for purchases originally made with cash and with a valid receipt and customer identification.
    • Where a purchase transaction is in dispute and a refund is due customer, it may take a few days for the refund to be completed. This may be the case if customer bank or Frugal MacDoogal's bank is asked to be involved.
