Keep It Simple–
Pro Tips

There will be plenty to choose from—beer, wine, liquor, and seltzers. No need to accommodate everyone’s favorite, just yours. Too many options will slow the bar down and increase the chance of running out.

  • Keep beer choices simple with one popular domestic, one import, and one local.
  • Keep it simple with one red and one white wine.
  • A full bar includes vodka, whiskey, tequila, gin, and rum.
  • Choosing 1.75L liquor bottles and boxed wine can help lower costs.

Check Venue Policies

Some venues don’t allow glass bottles, red wine, etc. Also, ask your bartenders if they provide mixers or garnishes and what size bottles they prefer.

Budget

Our experts can accommodate any budget! With some flexibility, plan out your favorite brands, bottle sizes, and what you'd like the bar to serve, and we will work with you to ensure you get the best quality and value.

Liquors & Cocktails

Vodka, whiskey, and tequila are the most popular, with gin and rum close behind. Focus on what your guests will enjoy—but most importantly, choose drinks that you as a couple love.

Red, White Or Both

Consider the weather! White wine is more popular in the summer months, and red wine as it gets cooler. What food will be paired?

Beer

Cans: Easy to carry and conveniently disposed of, can be saved for football season.
Bottles: Classic and aesthetically pleasing, can be saved for another party.
Kegs: Perfect for big groups and socializing, but can sometimes go to waste.

Champagne

While a champagne toast is fun, it is not always necessary. Think about your guests. Would they prefer to drink what's in hand or a glass of champagne? Will you have servers passing out pre-poured glasses, or will they need to pick up a glass from the bar?
